Can you engrave my logo?

Yes, we can use your logo or custom artwork for an additional one-time $25 artwork setup fee. We ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PDF, PNG or JPG format.  We can not accept full color logos. Please convert to black and white before sending

What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to have orders shipped out within 3-6 business days.  We don't work weekends so we can spend time with our family.  Turnaround time will be longer during holidays due to high order volume.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If we make a mistake we will replace at no charge. Please be sure to triple check your personalization before submitting your order. 

Do you provide artwork proofs?

Proofs and mock-ups are only provided upon request, and requesting one will delay your order by at least 2-3 business days or until approval is granted. Instead, we encourage customers to review the default sample designs as shown in the listings.
