I appreciate the personal customer service experience I received regarding my order. The owner emailed me for clarification on the engraving because I had not explained my preference properly. I was very pleased with the first large box I ordered for my husband’s 70th birthday so I placed this order as a gift celebrating my brother’s retirement. I had it sent to him directly & did not see it, but his thank you note indicated it was beautiful & he loved the walnut.
